strengthen human connection

connection to yourself . connection to others

Hi, I’m Riley! Let’s talk about life—relationships, big changes, and figuring it all out without totally losing your mind.

Life is messy. Relationships are complicated. And let’s be real—none of us were handed a step-by-step manual on how to juggle it all. That’s where I come in. I help individuals and couples navigate everything from relationship struggles to major life transitions without feeling like they’re drowning. My approach? Honest, practical, and grounded in evidence-based techniques.

I specialize in helping women through the rollercoaster of life—whether it's relationship challenges, self-acceptance, trauma, motherhood, or just feeling like you’ve lost yourself along the way. Maybe you're trying to figure out why your relationship suddenly feels off, adjusting to life with a tiny human, or realizing adulthood is just winging it 90% of the time. Whatever it is, I’m here to help you sort through it with a mix of support, strategy, and zero judgment.

For couples, I help untangle the confusing, awkward, and sometimes frustrating parts of relationships—communication breakdowns, mismatched expectations, or just feeling like roommates instead of partners. Whether you’re working through a rough patch, trying to reconnect, or just wondering why your partner loads the dishwasher wrong every time, I create a space where both of you can feel heard and understood. As a sex therapist, I also specialize in helping couples navigate intimacy challenges—whether it’s dealing with desire discrepancy, sexual dysfunction, or just wanting to reignite the spark without it feeling forced.

I also have extra training in helping people rediscover themselves after major life curveballs—things like pregnancy, infertility, illness, or other experiences that leave you wondering, “Who even am I now?” These moments can shake up your confidence and relationships, but I’m here to help you find your footing again.

Bottom line? Life’s complicated, but you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Let’s tackle it together—one real, honest, and slightly chaotic conversation at a time.

I earned my degree from Chapman University and am a board registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#137970) under the supervision of Jennifer Kim, LMFT (#105051). I have completed a Comprehensive Sexology certification through The Buehler Institute in Orange County.
